cheap/easy/cute project for xmas

costs:
walmart frame- $2.00
Spray adhesive-$5.00
Heavy duty glue-$4.00
Sand- free if you are by a beach (5 at walmart)
shells- free id by a beach (5 at walmart)

I used gel glue and black sand to outline the words, then sprayed adhesive to the whole page and sifted regular tan sand over the whole page. Glued shells to frame. Viola!
